The healing power of yoga. I’m such a sap and totally teared up and cried a little bit. I have no idea who this guy is. My boyfriend actually showed me this from the George Takei facebook page… But to see his transformation I was so proud of him! Yoga helped heal my back injury as well long ago, to see it work a miracle for another person is very moving.
